Recently, we learned from the official Hyundai Motor that the Hyundai IONIQ 9 has been officially released, with a wheelbase of 3130 millimeters and positioned as a pure electric mid to large SUV. It will be unveiled at the 2024 Los Angeles Auto Show. According to the plan, the Hyundai IONIQ 9 will be launched in South Korea and the United States in the first half of 2025, and there are currently no plans to introduce it into the domestic market. However, the Kia EV9, which has the same platform and positioning, may be introduced into the domestic market.
The modern IONIQ 9 has a rounded and full overall design, with a front face equipped with through type daytime running lights and dot matrix high/low beam lights. The side of the car features an upward sloping waistline design and hidden door handles. The roof slides downwards from the C-pillar position, and is paired with a wide body wheel arch design to enhance the sporty effect.
From a detailed perspective, the modern IONIQ 9 will also feature electronic exterior mirrors, two tone large-sized multi spoke wheels, black body surrounds, and black decorative panels at the bottom of the headlight assembly.
