It is reported that the Citroen BASALT is expected to have a body length of 4.3-4.4 meters or be equipped with a 1.2T engine, and will be officially released in India on August 2nd. According to the official image, the Citroen BASALT production version basically continues the design of the concept car, with a coupe style large sloping back design on the side. However, Citroen has not yet announced the specific body dimensions of the BASALT production version. Foreign media have revealed that the length of the car is expected to be between 4.3-4.4 meters, with a wheelbase of 2.67 meters.
In addition, the Citroen BASALT production version has blackened the A-pillar to create a floating roof effect, and has decorative elements designed at the C-pillar position. The rear end features a spoiler with a ducktail shape, and the “BASALT” logo indicates identity information.
