On September 25th, Ineos Grenadier was officially launched, with a total of three models launched. The appearance is “replicated” from the previous generation Land Rover Defender, equipped with BMW B58 3.0T engine. The entire series comes standard with a dual speed transfer case, central differential lock, off-road/wading mode, etc., and has a wading depth of 800 millimeters.
The INEOS Group, behind INEOS Motors, is a global petrochemical company headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, with related investments and businesses in the Chinese market. Jim Ratcliffe, the founder of INEOS, has a special fondness for classic off-road vehicles in the UK, which led to the establishment of INEOS Motors. In 2020, he acquired the Hambach factory in France and officially began mass production of the INEOS Grenadier in October 2022.
The INEOS Grenadier offers three versions of models in China: Standard, FILDMASTER, and TRIALMASTER. From the appearance of the INEOS Grenadier, its square outline, circular headlights, raised roof, side roof windows, rear spare tire, tailgate and other elements are all inherited from the previous generation Land Rover Defender.
